Payment arrangements are handled directly through SANAD’s official communication channels. We record only the transaction details needed to confirm and reconcile your order.

Your information is used exclusively to deliver the career-document services you have requested: writing and formatting CVs, optimising LinkedIn profiles, developing cover letters, and communicating revision feedback.

We do not use your data for marketing profiling, behavioural targeting, or any purpose beyond the scope of your order.

All SANAD writers and editors work under binding non-disclosure agreements. Your documents, employer details, and career plans are never shared with recruiters, employers, or any third party without your explicit written consent.

We recognise that many clients are employed professionals exploring opportunities in confidence. Discretion is built into every layer of our process.

We use encrypted HTTPS connections for the platform. Access to customer information is limited to authorised SANAD team members who need it to fulfil or support the order.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, email delivery, storage, and customer communication, subject to their applicable privacy obligations.

Documents exchanged for the service are currently sent through the agreed WhatsApp channel and are not stored in the order dashboard. We retain order and contact records only as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may contact support to request deletion of eligible personal data.
